Cheesy Corn Chowder

Who likes a quick and easy throw in the crockpot soup?!?!?  Raise your hand, because I do, I do!! This soup is easy, delicious with a little kick.  Perfect for those Football evenings!

Ingredients

1 can of Nacho Cheese Soup                                                                                                                1 can of roasted corn, drained                                                                                                              1 can of hominy, drained                                                                                                                     1 can of Rotel                                                                                                                                            1 can of milk

If you haven’t heard of hominey, it’s like puffs of corn. Really, really good! 

Directions:

Combine into crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-4 hours. Garnish with cheese.  Enjoy!
